Which air pressure is recommended for Paul's tires?

For a balanced combination of ride comfort and handling dynamics, we recommend the following air pressure under the appropriate load:

Load Air Pressure

50 kg              2,5 Bar

70 kg              2,7 Bar

90 kg              2,9 Bar

100 kg            3,3 Bar

If you inflate your tires with higher air pressure, you will achieve higher speed on inclines, but you will lose comfort on uneven terrain. Please note that the maximum tire pressure is 3.5 bar

How do I charge my battery corretly?

As both the battery and the charger heat up during charging, we recommend never covering the devices. The charging process should take place in dry areas, as rain or moisture can lead to short circuits and even fires. Only use the original accessories for charging. Plug one end of the charger into the socket, then the other end into your electric scooter. Once done, a red light will illuminate, indicating that the battery is not fully charged. The battery is now charging. A green indicator light will signal when the battery is fully charged. Once the light comes on, you can unplug the charger from the socket and then disconnect it from the electric scooter.

To extend the lifespan of your battery, you should never fully discharge it. We recommend maintaining a constant charge level between 20% and 80%. Be cautious not to partially charge the battery, for example, by connecting your electric scooter to the charger after only, say, 3 kilometers of use. Under no circumstances should you keep the battery permanently connected to the charger.

How do I adjust my front headlight?

Step 1: Position the scooter directly in front of a wall
Stand with your scooter in front of a wall, approximately 5 meters away for optimal distance.

Step 2: Mark the headlight height on the wall
Measure the height at which your scooter's headlight is positioned. Mark this height on the wall.

Step 3: Turn on the lights.
Place the scooter in an upright position and hold it steady (do not use the stand). Keep the handlebars straight.
Turn on the headlight.

Step 4:
Check if the upper edge of the light beam is below the headlight height
While the headlight is on, observe the light beam on the wall: is the upper edge of the light beam below the height mark?
If yes, everything is fine. If not, the headlight may cause glare for other road users. Adjust the tilt of the headlight slightly downwards and repeat Step 3
